Blue Tengu Projects
Blue Tengu is a game development studio seeking to demystify the game development process through live broadcasting of everything from concept to completion. The dream is for everyone who has ever played a game and thought “wouldn’t it be cool if…” to just make it. To help with this mission, development was live-streamed over Twitch and later archived on YouTube, along with a few other how-to videos.
Project Spaghetti
Project Spaghetti is a top-down 2D cowboy-shooter where the bullets fired bounce around the screen with a pinball mechanic. Shoot your way through the black-hatted cowboys, disembodied ghosts, hard-shelled scorpions, shield-projecting aliens, and regenerating snowmen who stand between you and the outhouse. Use the bullet rebound to your advantage to defeat enemies and loot the coins they drop for points. Take down giant bosses and complete secret challenges to find keys to other outhouses leading to other areas, including an unlimited mode that can respond to Twitch messages for a more interactive experience with viewers.
Project Skyring
Remember a forgotten world… Soar through the skies over a vast ocean searching for islands with mysterious ruins and decaying remnants of the people who once inhabited them. Explore frozen fields of ice, ash-choked volcanic plains, sand-blanketed deserts, and more to discover the truth behind what started the end. However, you are not alone. Unborn memories haunt your every step, and you must use your gifted power to circle enemies to destroy them before they destroy you.
